If you wish to send us your own ad, please follow our specs. Don't forget, this magazine is a larger size than most others. Let us know if you would like any assistance at all with your ad. Our design team will gladly work with your designer or create an ad for you from scratch that tells your story.  Allow us to help - this is what we do best! 

Dimensions:

Quarter Page - 4.15" wide x 4.85" tall

Half Page Horizontal - 8.5" wide x 4.85" tall

Half Page Vertical - 4.15" wide x 10" tall

*Full Page - 9.25" wide x 11.25" tall

Two Page Spread - 20.5" wide x 11.75" tall (InDesign template available upon request.)

*Full bleed ads will be trimmed to 9" wide x 11.5" tall. Keep critical image and type within 8.5" wide x 10.5" tall area.

Artwork Requirements: 

Please send all files (300 dpi resolution or higher) in CMYK format. We accept: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), JPEGs, PDFs and TIFFs

If your artwork comes to the edge of the flag, please include a 1/8" bleed on all four sides.

Fonts:

Every font used in the document must be included with the ad.

The Best of Williamson reserves the right to substitute fonts. In cases where substitutions are made, we will use the most similar font we can find in our collection. Ads will only be accepted on CD or via e-mail. Please format all e-mails to size and send them as PDFs.

Graphics/Images:

 All linked file graphics must be included on the disc with the ad or embedded in the ad document. Any clip art, photography or scanned images must be provided in either CMYK or Grayscale. No Pantone colors - if you have a specific Pantone color you are using, please convert it to the closest CMYK color value available. For best results, photos and art should be approximately 300 dpi.
